I am an Electronics Retailer. My Products have Model no & Serial No. We track our Products Serial No wise. I am unable to add serial No in my Invoice & track it

It is one limitation of current QBO. If you have multiple SKUs for a product (e.q product number) that move at different rates, consider using a 3rd party inventory management to complement your QBO. If you don't need a POS system, consider TradeGecko. But if you also consider a POS system, explore Primaseller.
