To display your website to your estimates and invoices, you want to make sure that you didn't put any extra spaces before or after the URL when you entered it in QBO through the Account and settings, @20thcenturyiron.

Let me guide you on how to get this done in QBO.

    1. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
    2. Select Account and settings.
    3. Click on Edit for the Website section.
    4. Enter your correct URL and hit Save.
    5. Select Done.

Once you've completed these steps, QuickBooks will display your website on your estimates and invoices.

If the above process doesn't work, kindly perform a basic troubleshooting steps as this can fix common issues such as incorrect URL.

    • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

If it works in incognito mode, return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh website preferences that may be causing problems when using QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

Furthermore, here's an article that can help you with recording your invoice payments in QBO: Record invoice payments.
