I am trying to see how much of an item I had in stock 7 days ago how do i check this

You can pull up the Inventory Valuation Details report to show the charges to your inventory.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports.
2. Type the Inventory in the search box, then select Inventory Valuation Details.
