Hello, samiullah-samian.

I have a couple of solutions to help you ensure you'll be able to see the VAT rate on your bills and invoices.

It looks like the taxes or VAT feature isn't turned on yet. Make sure the feature is turned on so you'll be to see and assign the VAT rates on your invoices or bills. Here's how to turn it on:

  1. Go to Taxes, then click the Set up VAT button.
  2. Add your filing frequency, start of the tax period, and your VAT reporting method.
  3. Hit Next, then click OK.

However if it's already turned on and you're still not seeing the VAT rates, then this is likely a case of a sync issue from the webpage data. You'll want to isolate this by using an incognito or private browser:

  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Safari: hold down Command + Shift + N.

Log in as you normally would and you'll want to check the VAT rates on your invoices and bills. When they show up properly, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Close all of your browser instances to complete the process.

Another way to resolve this is to use a different supported browser
