I can not see receipts under the menu banking .

Hi, @ecoinvest-fl-gma. Let me provide some insights about uploading receipts to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

This feature is currently available in the selected regions or versions of QBO such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and others. At this time, the Receipts tab under Banking is not yet an option for QBO International.

What you can do for now is to upload your transactions manually through an Excel CSV file. 

1. Get the transactions from your bank.
2. Review the file format and size.
3. Upload them through the Banking tab.

Alternatively, you can snap your receipts and add them to your transactions as attachments. You can check out this article as your reference: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.
