I can’t export invoice from my handphone after press export nothing display

In the QuickBooks mobile app, each invoice needs to be exported separately. Our testing indicates that the export feature is available for iOS users, but it is currently not supported on Android devices. Let me give you detailed guidance on how to successfully import your documents using a mobile app.

 

First, it is essential to ensure that you have installed the latest version of the QuickBooks Online application to facilitate a seamless user experience.

 

You can follow these steps below to export invoices, if you're using iOS device:

 

  1. Click Menu from the bottom and choose invoices.

  2. Choose the invoice you want to export.
  3. Tap the three dot icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
  4. Choose Export button.
  5. A preview of your invoice will be shown and click Export.

     

Since exporting invoices isn't available on Android devices, you can email them directly or preview the invoice and send it straight to your customers using Gmail. This allows your customers to still access their invoices. 
 

Here's how to do it:

1. Click Menu from the bottom and choose Invoices.

 

      

 

1. Choose the invoice that you want to send.
2. Tap the three dot icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
3. Select Preview or Email.

 

    

 

4. Enter the email address of your customer and click send.

 

   

 

if you're using iOS device but still unable to export invoices, I suggest clearing the application data of your QBO app to reset it to its default state. This can resolve issues caused by outdated or corrupted data and help ensure the app runs smoothly.
 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click on OK.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click on Yes.

 

If the problem remains, I suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Additionally, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.
