I followed the instructions to enable Malaysia e-invoicing. I navigated to Account & Settings, then Sales. But I can't find e-invoicing anywhere.

The E-invoicing feature for Malaysia is still in its Beta testing phase in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Chwen. Allow me to discuss the specifics below.

QuickBooks Online has begun a trial for the e-invoicing feature in Malaysia. However, since it's currently in the pilot testing phase, the availability of this feature is limited to a specific number of Malaysian customers. Hence, you can't see an option to use e-invoicing in QBO yet.

As a workaround, I recommend using a third-party application to integrate your e-invoicing transactions with QBO for the time being. This will help you manage electronic invoicing in Malaysia efficiently while we roll out new updates.

Additionally, I'll share this article in case you want to learn further information about the Malaysia e-invoicing feature in QBO: E-invoicing help hub - Malaysia.
