I'm here to help you resolve the issue of your QuickBooks app that keeps on crashing.

 

Your app will have unusual behavior when it is outdated or has a buildup of caches. Make sure to check the Play Store for the most recent update. Open QuickBooks Online once more to see if it still crashes.

 

If so, follow the instructions below to delete the app's cache. It allows the program to be updated.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Tap the QuickBooks Online app from the list
  3. Select Storage
  4. Tap Clear Cache.
