Hello there, dorganhap. I admire you for letting us know about your concern with invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll make sure you'll be guided to the right support available.

Once you've synced your Tradify data to QBO, all of your sales transaction data is imported only based on what was shared by your third-party app provider.

That said, I recommend communicating with the Tradify Support Team. They can further review your software setup and can provide additional information or troubleshooting steps you need to perform to fix this concern.

On the other hand, I suggest reviewing if you have successfully entered VAT rates into QBO if you're manually importing your invoices to the program.

If VAT rates were set up accurately within your account, I suggest importing your invoices into your account using a private browser/ incognito mode. Private browsing prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser issues. Use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once everything's good with using a private window, clear the cache to start with a clean slate. Otherwise, using other supported browsers can be a good alternative too.

Moreover, you can read through this article to learn more about the limitations of importing your invoices and guidance on how to perform the process: Import multiple invoices at once in QuickBooks Online.

Please don't hesitate to reply anytime if you still have questions or concerns about managing your invoices. I'll be here ready to assist you. Have a good one!
