Thank you for bringing this to our attention, cigarcisco. I'd be glad to help you get your invoices working again.

Before we dive into troubleshooting, could you please let me know if you’re encountering any specific error messages when trying to create or send invoices? This information will help us provide a more targeted solution.

The problem you're experiencing is a possible cause of a cache issue. Browsers store cached data to speed up page loading, but over time, this accumulation can lead to unusual behavior within the program.

To fix this, log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito or private browser window. This will enable you to work with a clean slate. Please use these keyboard shortcuts:

    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, try to create and send the invoice again. If it's successful, clear your regular browser's cache to remove specific issues and help the program run efficiently. Also, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

Furthermore, you can consider removing and re-entering your customer's email address to determine if it’s related to their email settings.

Additionally, you can run a report for your customers to get an overview of your accounts receivable transactions.

Please let us know if you have any other concerns regarding invoices in QBO, cigarcisco. We’re here to assist you in any way we can.
