I appreciate you for sharing the details. Let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window. This way, we can see if this is a web browser-related issue. Let me guide you on how.

 

Sometimes, data stored from your regular browser for a long period causes unusual behavior in the browser. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing a private or incognito window:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

Once logged in, try to email a sales receipt again. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
