I won't rest until this is taken care of, @carygrantme-iclo.

I know snapping receipts can save your time and avoid mistakes. I want to share some details about this functionality in QuickBooks. This way, I can guide you accordingly.

The snap receipts feature is available in selected regions like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, etc. Maybe your QuickBooks version is not yet affected by the rollout. May I know what specific version you're currently using right now? This way, I can confirm it and provide some information.

But no worries, I have a workaround for you to upload your receipts in QuickBooks Online. You can either use third-party apps or manually add them by attaching them to the transactions.

Here's how to find a third-party app:

  1. Go to the https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/
  2. Choose your country in the drop-down.
  3. Type snap receipts in the search box to expedite the process.
  4. Click the appropriate app and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.

To manually add, visit this link for the complete steps depending on the scenario: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, check out these articles below to know receipts accepted characters and other related topics:

Don't be shy to give me a buzz if you need further help uploading receipts with QuickBooks. I'm well trained, and I can lend you a hand. Take care, carygrantme-iclo.
