I do not see any where within QBO plus to setup email account to received receipts sent from mobile app or capture receipts from mobile app

It is not possible to email your expense receipts and bills to the QuickBooks Online (QBO) International version. As of now, this feature is only available for QBO US subscribers.

In this, I’d recommend sending this functionality as feedback. Our product development team, doing so will enable us to comprehend what features business owners demand to use the product conveniently. To send your input, here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
4. Click Next to submit feedback.

In the meantime, you can utilize the attachment section where you can affix the PDF copy of your receipts when you create an expense in QBO. Let me show you how:

1. Click the + New button.
2. Select Expense under Suppliers.
3. Complete the expense information.
4. Hit the Attachments icon, then locate and open the receipt from your folder.
5. Hit Save and close.

Other than that, you can consider utilizing a third-party application that allows you to the same functions in QBO. All available products that support integration with QuickBooks are available in our QuickBooks App Store.
