I don't want field balance payable in INVOICES and PAID as water mark in printout is also not required

I can share why the balance payable field and PAID watermark appear on your invoices.

The balance field is default on a sales form and QuickBooks will immediately stamp an invoice once paid. To remove the watermark, you'll want to clear the payment.

Let me show you how it's done:

1. Open the invoice.
2. Click the payment link below the Payment Status.
3. Click the date when the payment is applied.
   
4. In the Receive Payment window, click the Clear Payment button.
   
5. Click Save and close.
