I've got some troubleshooting steps we can perform for you to edit the estimate in QuickBooks Online (QBO), sales88.

To better isolate this issue, let's try some basic troubleshooting tests to figure this out. We can open a private browser and try accessing or editing the estimates. The private mode prevents the cache from being retained while the website is operational, which may cause problems. Here is a list of shortcut keys you can use to access one:

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

Once signed in, edit the estimate again. To learn more about setting up estimates, you can check out this article: Create and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.

If it works, go back to your regular browser, then clear its cache to refresh the program. Please select the appropriate link below:

If not, you can use another supported browser. It's possible that your current browser may have a temporary issue with QuickBooks. You can visit this link for future reference: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. It will help you through the steps of personalising and adding specific info to your sales forms.

This thread's still open, so I'm all ears if you have concerns about your estimates or managing your sales transactions. If you also need to take care of other things like running reports, let us know. My colleagues and I will reply as soon as possible.
