I've got you covered today, @info1539.

I want to make sure we're on the same page. If you'll want to remove the Vat and Vat summary in your estimate template, we can go to the custom form styles and edit this.

Here's how:

  1. Choose the Gear icon.
  2. Click Custom form styles.
  3. Select the estimate template you're currently using and click Edit.
  4. Go to the Content tab.
  5. Select the Table and Footer section.
  6. Uncheck the Vat and Vat summary box.
  7. Click Done.

Additionally, for more insights into personalising sales forms, see this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Otherwise, you can run Estimate by Customer report to show all your estimate's tax amount.

  1. Choose the Reports menu.
  2. In the Find report by name field, search and choose Estimate by Customer report.
  3. Click the Customise button.
  4. Under the Report period, choose the date.
  5. In the Rows/Columns section, put a checkmark in the Tax amount box.
  6. Once done, click Run report

Moreover, learn to memorise a report to save it with its current customisation settings.

Please get back to this thread if you need some clarifications. I'll make sure to get back to you soon. Have a great day rest of the week.
