You can search for your GST invoice using the Magnifying Glass icon and Advanced Search feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @vecoenterprises. Through them, you can easily find transactions and filter the information you need.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Magnifying Glass icon.
  2. Enter the invoice number you’re looking for, then the system will automatically search for it.
  3. Select the invoice in the Transactions section once located.
  4. If the invoice doesn't appear on the results list, select Advanced Search.
  5. Adjust the filters to find the invoice, then select all the necessary details.
  6. Click Search.

I've attached screenshots below for your reference.

In case you've accidentally removed or deleted the GST invoice (76144/19-20), you can locate it using the Audit Log. From there, you can recover the invoice details and use them to re-enter one in QBO. For the step-by-step guide, you can check out this article: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions.

For the complete list of your invoices, you can pull up the Invoice List report. Just go to the Who owes you section in the Report menu's Standard tab.

Please tell me how it goes and if you need further assistance in searching for transactions in QBO, just drop a comment below. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
