You can go to the Reports menu to print your General Ledger. This report will show the list of transactions and totals for each account in the Chart of Accounts. When you're ready, here's how to do it:

 

  1. Select Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. Go to the Accounting reports section.
  3. Choose General Ledger.
  4. Set the appropriate reporting date and accounting method.
  5. Click Run report, then select the Print icon between the Email and Export icon.
  6. Choose the desired orientation, then hit Print to complete the process.
