In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can take sales forms customization to another level. 

You can upload a custom form style of your design. You can follow the steps in this article: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. It's a detailed guide on how you can generate your custom form style, as well as the import process into QBO.
