I send invoice using whatsapp but the copy does not includude of my signature ... where could go wrong?

The invoice dies not include my signature but i can see my signature is there when i check

To isolate the issue, try sending a test invoice to yourself. It's the best place to check if the signature is visible on different devices or WhatsApp versions.

 

If it works fine, then you're good to go. You may ask your customer to update their WhatsApp to receive invoices with signatures.

 

However, if the issue persists, you can reset your app's data to clear the cache and restore it to its default state. To start:

 

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Choose the Refresh Data option, then hit Yes to confirm the action.

 

After that, send your invoice again. 

 

You can also uninstall and reinstall the application to narrow down the result.
