I used to be able to record the transfer of funds between my EUR currency bank account and my BGN currency bank account. Now I cannot. Any idea why?

I can see the importance of being able to record the transfer of funds in different currencies. Let's make sure you'll be able to work with QuickBooks again, Foreman.

Moving around funds and accepting payments from a customer is convenient for both the customer and the seller. Are you getting any errors when trying to record the transfer? If so, may I know what specific message is it? This is to ensure we'll be able to accurately address your concern. 

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps so we can fix the issue.  Sometimes when your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, this causes unusual responses and odd behavior. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window. This prevents online tracking which lessens problems along the way. 

I've provided the shortcut keys for you to follow:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).
• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Microsoft Edge).

Once logged in, double-check if you can already record a bank transfer. If so, return to your default browser and clear your browser's cache to speed up the loading process. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. You can clear them to refresh the system. This ensures you'll be able to work with a clean slate. If the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

In addition, once the transfer is made, QuickBooks downloads the transaction automatically.
