Let's get into the specifics to resolve the unpaid invoices showing in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Woodside.

Before that, please let us know if you're utilizing any third-party service to accept online payments in QBO. We'd also like to ask which section or page of the program the invoices aren't showing as paid. Any additional details are greatly appreciated to provide a more tailored solution.

First, please ensure that the payment is recorded against the invoice. However, if it's a deposit from the bank feed, you'll need to link them together.

If you've already done so, we can troubleshoot your browser to clear the outdated cache that causes the issue. To do that, open your account in an incognito window to access QBO with a clean slate. Please see the following keyboard shortcuts:

    • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Once resolved, switch to your original browser to clear its cache or utilize another compatible one.

Furthermore, here's a guide if you need to return a customer's money depending on the situation: Record a customer refund in QuickBooks Online.
