I want add QTY and pricing in the form of expense and all invoices I upgrade plan to plus to do this task Also I want use inventory function Please feedback me

Hello @bbgtllc-accts,

 

Good work with upgrading your subscription, you can now start tracking your sales or expenses with your inventory items. Let me show you how you turn it on.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Sales.
  4. On the Product and services section, select the Pencil icon.
  5. Toggle to turn on all the following functions:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
    • Show Product/Service column on sales forms
    • Track quantity and price/rate
    • Track inventory quantity on hand
  6. Select Save.
  7. Click Done.

Once this feature has been turned on, you'll see the quantity and price rate in each line item when you start creating your sales and purchases in QuickBooks.
