Question

I want to use our QB data in Power BI for some reporting. I found out that the connector doens't offer all the data available in QB that I need. Is there another way?

I tried the built-in QB connector in PBI as well as another method, I found in the web. Both don't yield the data that I know is available in QB. I would require cash flow information by class.

Thank you for posting in the Community. Since there are limitations between QuickBooks and Power BI regarding data synching in QuickBooks Online, I suggest contacting the Power BI support team to ask for further guidance on getting the data you need.    

 

Meanwhile, you can run your reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) from the Reports menu on the left panel. Then, customise it based on your needs. Check out this article for more information: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online. This will show you how to generate data and save it.
