I would like to ask if it's possible to setup the amount in words to the invoice? What I want is to show the amount in words automatically when an invoice is generated.

Thanks for visiting the Community today. At the moment, there isn't an option to automatically show the amount due to the invoice in QuickBooks. 

Instead, you can use the Message on invoice section. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the + New button, then select Invoice., 
2. Create your invoice, then go to the Message on invoice section.
3. Type in the total amount due, then click Save and close.
