I would like to enter amounts for income/expense accounts on my invoices (e.g. sundry income - donations) How can I set invoices to accept ledger accounts?

Hi, lifestyle-rooisa.

 

The invoice only connects to the accounts through the item/service you're using for them. You'll need to change the accounts in which the items are associated with. You can mark bills, checks, expenses, as billable, and they'll show as an expense on your books. When you apply them to invoices, they'll show as income.
