Let me provide some details about Saudi Arabia's new e-invoice regulations, @moh-mobarki99-gm.

I recognize the significance of using an invoice that's adhering to the new requirements for electronic invoicing and VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia. However, this feature isn't yet available in the system.

In the meantime, I'd recommend checking for a third-party app that you can integrate with QuickBooks Online to comply with the new invoice regulation. Know that QuickBooks Online always aims to be compliant with the rules of the tax agencies, and we find ways to cope with your business's needs.

While waiting for some updates, you may review this article to learn more about managing invoices in QBO: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online. It also covers some information on how to enhance invoices and receive payments.

Thanks for your patience while we work on the implementation of the new invoice regulation. If you have other questions, don't hesitate to get back to this thread. I'll be happy to assist you again. Take care!

@moh-mobarki99-gm

You need additional apps to integrate with QBO or switch to a GAZT approved VAT compliant accounting app.

I think we need to switch away from QBO and move to a KSA compliant invoice system. Can anybody recommend a good system? We need inventory management as well for an SME.
