I would like to try the capturing the receipt and auto transferring the details of the receipt. I can't access and sign up to the website due to my mobile number.

If you are located in Malaysia, you should open QBO Malaysia version

https://quickbooks.grsm.io/Malaysia

 

then consider having an additional app if required.

Joining the thread and adding some more insights about the receipts capture feature.

 

This functionality is currently available on select regions like United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and etc. Please see these links for more information about the receipts capture feature:

 

 

If you have a different version, follow Fiat Lux - ASIA's recommendation to use a third-party app. This way you can still capture even if your account doesn't support this feature.

 

You can also try attaching files manually in QuickBooks. See how to use this feature through this link: Attachments in QuickBooks Online
