Let's run some troubleshooting steps to fix this missing icons, paolo-thepercent.

 

First, we need to refresh your browser. On your keyboard, let's press F5. 

 

Next, we can switch to an incognito or private browsing session. There are times that the browser stores frequently-accessed data, causing missing icons or unusual behavior.  Use these keyboard shortcuts to open one depending on the browser that you're using. 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, we can go back to regular browsing and clear the browser's cache. Like any other web-based platforms, QuickBooks collects cache files and cookies. We can also do this task on other supported, up-to-date browsers.
