It's great to have you in the QuickBooks Community, @-kokonuts-my. I appreciate the details you've added to your concern.

The Snap Receipt feature's availability in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app depends on your region. Also, to ensure we're giving the right information, can I ask which specific features you're looking for when creating or paying bills within the mobile app? For now, I'd like to share an alternative to the snap receipt feature and the steps for sending feedback to our product engineers to consider adding it in future updates.

The accessibility of this feature varies by region, with availability in specific areas such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. If you find that this feature isn't available in your region, I recommend looking for a third-party app that has a capture receipt function to integrate with QBO.

It's important that the software accommodates various business needs. Your experience highlights where the software needs to improve especially about having the capture receipts. Here's how you can send feedback:

For Android Devices:

  1. On the Menu button, select the Gear icon.
  2. Scroll down to the Help section to choose Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestion, then tap Send Feedback.

For iOS devices:

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon and select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click App Feedback to type in your product suggestions.

In the QBO mobile app, you can also categorise bank transactions. Let me add this article as a future guide: Categorise bank transactions in the QuickBooks Online app.

We'll be here in the Community if you need further assistance managing bills in QBO. We'll do our best to assist. Take care.
