In a QuickBooks how we can make separate folder for invoice and estimation?

I need to separate Invoice and Estimations ..when i enter particular number i have to get separate folders for invoice if i give 100 i will found 100 one invoice and estimation ..instead of that i need invoice search 100 separate head it shuld not be jumbled

I'm here to provide details about the invoice and estimate feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

May I know where you tried to search for this transaction? If you're referring to the Invoices and Estimates tab in the Sales menu (located at the left pane of your QBO), they both have their separate tabs.

 

However, if you're using the Search (magnifying glass) icon at the top right, the option to have a separate folder is currently unavailable. But you can use the Advanced search option to filter the result by transactions.

 

I can see how having this option would be helpful for you and your business. This isn't available yet, I suggest sending feedback directly to our product developers. They're always looking for ideas to consider n how to improve QBO.

 

Here's how to submit feedback:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear (Settings) option at the top right.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then click Next to submit feedback.
