Good day, 123146147250499.

Thanks for posting here! Let me assist you on how to show the invoice amount due in words.

We need to make sure that we turned on this option on the invoice template. You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the template you're using and click Edit.
  3. From the Content tab, click the body section, the middle part, of the preview.
  4. Click the Show more activity options and check the Show amount due in words box.
  5. Tap Done to save it.

Then, if you have more than one template, we need to select the right one when creating an invoice. Open or create a new invoice and click the Customise button. From there, you'll see all the templates you created.

You can also set it as default. From the Custom form styles page, select the drop-down arrow in the Action column and tap Make default.

You can check this link for more details: Customise invoices, estimates, and cash memos in QuickBooks Online.

Keep on posting here if you need anything else. Stay safe!
