In My Invoices, I have field "Place of Supply". This is the list to select the place. I want to add one more option to that master list. Where/How can I add it?

Place of supply is the registered location of the customer or recipient of goods and services. In QBO, it's the address that are associated to the person who bought the item.

You can either edit the client's address or add a new customer profile with the state that you want to select in the Place of Supply section. Let me show you how:

1. Go to Get paid & pay and select Customers.
2. Select New customer or click the name of the existing customer.
3. Proceed to the Shipping address section and add the address that you want to see in the invoice.
4. Click Save.

Once done, go back to the invoice and check if you can already see the state code or address that you added.
