IN PRINT PREVIEW, UNABLE TO VIEW INVOICE NUMBER. INVOICE NUMBER NOT APPEARING IN THE PRINTED INVOICE. KINDLY HELP ME OUT IN THIS REGARD.

We’ll have to make sure the Form numbers feature is turned on. This is to ensure you’ll see the invoice number in the print and preview screen.  Let me help and show you the steps to get there.

1. Tap the Gear icon at the top to choose Custom form styles under Your Company.
2. This will display a list of templates created in the company.
3. Pick the invoice you’re working on and hit the Edit icon to view the transaction’s format.
4. Select the Content tab and navigate to the header section of the invoice to see the Form section.
5. Then, check if the Form numbers box is marked.
6. If not, make sure to tick the field box.
7. Hit Done to save the changes.
