You need to enable inventory tracking to add inventory items, fiveelmi. It's my pleasure to guide you through the process.

 

The Inventory feature is only available in the Advanced and Plus versions. If you're subscribed to these, follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.

2. On the Sales tab, click Edit ✎ in the Products and services section.

3. Turn on the following:

  • Show Product/Service column on sales forms.
  • Track quantity and price/rate 
  • Track inventory quantity on hand.

4. Press Save and then Done.

 

 

After that, we can start setting up the items you track quantities of. I'll show you how.

 

  1. On the left panel, select Sales and then Products & services.
  2. Tap the New button, then choose Inventory.
  3. Fill out the required details.
  4. Hit Save and close.
