Good to hear from you today, dhirajdcosta-gma.

When the application is not fully functional, performing the recommended basic troubleshooting steps will resolve the issue.

To get this sorted out, as an initial step, let's clear the application's cache files. Here's how:

For iOS:

  1. Go to Settings and click Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, hit the Offload App.

For Android:

  1. From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list
  3. Select Storage
  4. Hit Clear Data.

Once refreshed, restart your mobile phone, logged back in, and check your invoice amounts. If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

Additionally, you can visit this write-up: Compare mobile app features. It provides you more information on what options you can access on the customer side as well as a chart to easily compare feature availability on supported devices.

Even if the article is for QuickBooks Online (QBO) US, the same concept can be applied to your India account.

If I can be of any more assistance, please feel free to comment again. I want to ensure your invoice amounts are accurate and I'm will be here to help. Take care, and enjoy the rest of your day.
