Invoice is not showing option for online payment

im trying to integrate razorpay to my account, however the invoice is not showing any option for online payment

I'm here to help you connect the Razorpay to your QuickBooks Online account, @info-goajazzacad.

 

QuickBooks lets you receive online payments on your invoices using Razorpay. If you're unable connect from the invoice window, we can move to the  Apps menu instead. 

 

Simply click Apps from the left menu and search for Razorpay. Once done, try connect your Razorpay account or sign up for a new account and connect it to your QuickBooks company file. 

 

If you're still unable to connect, I recommend contacting again our QuickBooks Live Team. They can create a case under your company file and forward it to our Product Team for further investigation.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose the Start a chat option.
     

You can also get in touch with the Razorpay Customer Care Team so they can help connect your existing Razorpay account to QuickBooks.
