 Let's perform some troubleshooting to determine if this is a browser-related cause.

 

To start, I suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via the private window.  Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once signed in, click the + New button to check the Invoice menu. If you're able to see it, clear your browser's cache to remove the stored cache. 

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend using different browsers. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, see this article: System Requirements for QuickBooks.
