Is quickbook support service is permanently closed?

The customer care support is open, Gymoption. I'll share their support hours so you can contact us.

They're open from Mondays to Fridays from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).

Then, here's how you can reach out to them:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
3. Select Contact Support Team.
4. Click Contact Support Team again.
5. Select Start a chat.
