Question

Is there a way to jump to the next or previous invoice as you could do on the QB desktop versions?

Hi there, @CVVS. I'd be glad to share insights on how you can view your invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, the option to skip to the next or previous invoice isn't available. Thus, you can do it manually by going to the Sales Tab.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales and select Customers.
  2. Choose the name of the customer.
  3. Select the invoice and update the Invoice date and service date.
  4. Click on Save and close.

In addition, I'll be sharing these references on personalizing your sales forms and managing your product and services:

You'll want to check this article: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. This will discuss more on how this feature works in QuickBooks Online. This article also includes sample templates that you can use or modify.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with. I'll be around to assist.
