Question

Is there a workaround for the labels slider for the description field in invoices? the slider does not work, the field is too small and justified to the left..

We'll have to ensure that we've tick the Include Quantity and Rate field, info-artisan-fra.

 

This way, we can adjust the slider to our desired length.

 

 

Also, if you have multiple payments and you want to group them into a single record, you can check this reference: Deposit payments into the Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks Online.

Hi Adrian,

 

Thanks for your reply. I ticked the box as you suggested but the slider still does not move and the details are still to the left hand side. I am using the trial version so not sure if this makes a difference..

Thank you for getting back to us. Using a trial version doesn't affect this display. Let's verify if it's related to a browser issue. I suggest logging your account using a private browser/ incognito mode. Private browsing prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser issues. Use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P 

 

If it's working fine, you can clear the cache to start on a clean slate. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the web page and a faster browsing experience. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative and to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
