Is there an option to map to any custom fields when importing invoices? Also, the memo section only adds to the internal memo, not the customer memo, can this be changed?

The feature of directly mapping custom fields when importing invoices isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @kk16. I've got a workaround for you. 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't allow direct mapping to custom fields when you import invoices from CSV files using the standard import tools. You might need to input the data into these custom fields manually after your initial import. Meanwhile, by default, when you import invoices from a CSV file in QuickBooks Online, the memo information is directed to the internal memo field, not the customer-facing one.

Alternatively, you can consider using a third-party application that facilitates custom field mapping. There are a few apps in the QuickBooks App Store that enhance import functions and support this feature.

Here's how:

1. Open your QBO account.
2. Go to the Apps.
3. Select the Find Apps tab.
4. Use the search bar to look for a connector app.

Hi @kk16 If you are looking to import Custom Fields on Invoices in QuickBooks Online, the you could try out Axis Online which is an app you can find in the Intuit App Store which specifically supports import custom fields on invoices.  

You will need to map both the Custom Field Name and the Custom Field Value as a pair

There is a free level for low data entry requirements.
