Question

is there any possibility to add images inside the invoice not as attachments on email. Simply when the PDF is created, images should be visible there, even on a new page.

Thank you for reaching out with your concern, @siththammandiraya. The option to add images to an invoice is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, if you prefer not to include them as email attachments, I have another workaround that may work for you. You can incorporate images into the Products or Service section or add them to your logo. I'm here to guide you through the process.

To add an image in the Product or Service section of the Invoice, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Click + New, under the Customers column, choose Invoice.
  2. In the Product or service section, select + Add new under Product/service column.
  3. Here, you can choose the type: Inventory, Non-inventory, Service, or Bundle.
  4. After selection, click on the Pencil icon under the image icon to add images.
  5. Once done, select Save and close.

Here's a screenshot for your visual reference:

Alternatively, you can add a logo to an invoice to enhance your company branding and personality.

At the moment, submit feedback to our Product Development Team so they will thoroughly evaluate your proposal and consider it for possible future enhancements. Keep track of updates on the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests page.

Additionally, you can record invoice payments here in QuickBooks Online after receiving them from your customers.
