Is there any way to customize the invoice template as you want? As in my quickbooks online I am unable to find import template neither I have option in quickbooks lab?

There are only selected templates with different fonts and styles. I do not see any suitable for my business and my customer needs. They want to get invoice indicating vat excluded amount, vat %, vat amount and then total amount. Any way to fix this?

Hello there, info.

I'd be glad to share some information about invoice templates in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

May I know what version of QuickBooks you're using right now? Currently, the Import style is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus. You can go to the Custom Form Style page to see this option.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Gear.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Tap the New style drop-down, then click Import style. See the image below.

However, if you're using a lower version, you can utilize a third party that integrates with QBO. You can visit the QuickBooks Apps site and look for an app that meets your business needs. Another way is by going to the Apps menu on the left panel.

You can always reply in the comments below if you have additional questions about importing the template. I'll be right here to help. Have a good one!
