Is there any way to receive payments for the invoices created in quickbooks apart from RazorPay ?

There might be other third-party payment services that you can integrate for QuickBooks invoices. You can visit the Apps page and look for one. Simply log in to your QuickBooks Online company file, then click the Apps menu on the left panel.
