Currently, creating custom fields to your customer's profile isn't an option in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @userkorovesis. However, you can use the Other or Notes field to enter any additional information as an alternative. Let me guide you how.

Custom fields let you track the information that matters most to you and your customers. You'll have to utilize the above-mentioned fields in your customer's profile to record further details. (Please see the screenshot below).

The information entered in the Notes field will be indicated in your customer's profile as shown in the screenshot below.

To effectively manage your customers in QBO, you can refer to these articles below:

  • Manage your customer list - It contains the step-by-step guide in adding, merging, and restoring your customers.
  • Edit customer information - It'll guide you on how to edit a customer's information, such as preferred payment method and billing address.

I'm also adding this article in case you want to personalise your sales forms (invoices, estimates, and sales receipts) and add the info that matters most to your business: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. It also provides steps on how to edit your custom templates from the Custom Form Styles page.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
