Is there designated Contact number & Mail Id to directly call Support team

Our Books of accounts needs urgent intervention from QBO Support team, We have currently 4 QBO subscriptions running. Please connect us with a Quick book coordinator to help us resolve our several doubts being a new quick book user. Please do the needful. Unable to contact QB support via chat box as experts seem offline.

For the time being, we don't have an email address or a phone number for our QuickBooks Online Support. If you'd like to talk to them, you can connect through in-product help. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help(?) to open the QB assistant window.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Click on Start a chat.

 

Support is available from Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM local time.
