You can use a third-party application to integrate e-invoicing with QuickBooks Online, Chals. I’m here to assist you in finding a suitable solution to facilitate your needs.

Several supported applications can help you achieve and carry out different business tasks. You'll want to look for one that best suits your invoicing requirements and incorporates it with QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QBO company.
  2. Select Apps from the left pane and head to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Enter a keyword from the Search field and pick your preferred app.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the integration process.

Alternatively, visit our QuickBooks App Store to explore more options.

On the other hand, I recommend providing feedback directly to our product engineers regarding the availability of e-invoices in QuickBooks. They'll gather and assess your requests to determine their feasibility for incorporation into future product updates.

After customers settle their outstanding balances, link their payments to their respective invoices to keep your accounts balanced for accurate reporting.

Good to see you here in the Community, @ycching.

I'll ensure to provide information regarding your e-invoicing concern in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, the e-invoicing you've mentioned is unavailable in QBO. As a workaround, you may consider using third-party applications for all your functional needs. Visit the Intuit App Center and enter a keyword in the search bar to explore the options.

Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click Apps.
  2. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  3. Use the search bar to look for an app.

Otherwise, you can check your tax agency to their supported platforms for e-invoices.

I'm also adding these links for future reference in managing progress invoices and payments in QuickBooks:

Please tag my name in the comment section if you need further assistance. I'm always happy to help.

@ycching

You should wait until the end of December 2024 before considering your options (e.g use a 3rd party connector, switch to another accounting app).
