Logos wont go onto invoices , what am i doing wrong ,Is there an easy way of entering descriptions like on writen invoices , instead of creating a product or service?

After checking on our end, we have received numerous reports of logos not displaying on dashboards and invoices (INV-101550). With this, I encourage you to contact our support so they can add you to the affected user's list, and you'll be notified via email once the update is available.

 

Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.

 

When adding descriptions to your invoices, I recommend using the Description icon. This will allow you to include more detailed information about the products or services being invoiced, which can help provide clarity for your clients or customers.
