My home currency is Swedish Kronor. My UK client need invoices in GBP. Multi-currency is on, I've added GBP. How can I create an invoice using GBP not SEK?

You need to create a new profile of your customers and set GBP as the currency. Then you will be able to create the invoice in GBP to them. As as additional option, open a Wise Business account to accept payments in GBP for free and connect it to your bank feeds.

 I can help you with creating an invoice using the GBP currency for a client, @rebeccagoldbeck-.

You'll just have to set GBP as the currency in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account's customer profile. Once done, you can now create an invoice in GBP.

Here's how to create and assign GBP to this client:

1. Go to the Sales menu and proceed to Customers.
2. Click on New customer and in the Customer Information window, provide the client's information.
3. Select the Payment and billing tab and in This customer pays me with field, find and select GBP.
4. Click on Save.

You can now create an invoice in GBP for this client. Also, from now on, new transactions you record with the customer will be in GBP.
